It does hold true for collectors that started at an early age; the first models we ever had have a special place in our heart. Such as the ones you remember with your Grandfather. Oh to have been able to record those conversations that you had with him! That would have been wonderful as well. But you can still hear the words when you look at the models. Enjoy them while you have them!
