It is a Breyer, but it is in the Classics series.

its is breyer i have it agood way to find out if a model horse u have is breyer is look at the back leg or go ont he website idetify your breyer

In case you're still waiting for details, this foal, as someone else stated, is a Classic Size model.
#683, 2005-current. Colorful Foals Gift Set. Matte Bay Leopard Appaloosa; shaded, eye whites, dark brown points, gray hooves. (all over spots)
Possible others of the set (depending on the year of your model);
(same model # & years):
2005. Matt/semigloss dark dun; shaded, eye whites, darker primitive marks, gray. (I have this one)
2007. Bay roan leopard appaloosa. (blanket)

Yes this is a breyer foal it is a classic Size foal. I have one I am trying to remember the set I got it in I think it is one of the wild mustang sets that came from walmart. I'm trying to recall the foals name. I know my son has shown it in a novice show and it did well. I haven't yet but it is a breyer
